Cati is a sophomore in Mechanical Engineering at MSU. She is studying the transfer of microbes from the surface of raw chicken through water drops splashed during washing. She also uses high-speed imaging to study the explosive seed dispersal of Leafy Spurge, a noxious weed found in most areas throughout the U.S.
